01_DATA_COLLECTION
Mishra Dynamics collects minimal telemetry required for operational excellence. This includes IP addresses, browser headers, and session interactions. We do not use third-party tracking pixels for marketing purposes.
02_ENCRYPTION_STANDARDS
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We maintain a zero-trust architecture where internal service-to-service communication is mutually authenticated via mTLS.
03_THIRD_PARTY_SUBPROCESSORS
We utilize industry-standard infrastructure providers including AWS, Vercel, and Supabase. Each subprocessor is vetted for SOC2 Type II compliance and adheres to strict data processing agreements.
04_USER_RIGHTS
Users may request data deletion or export at any time. For mission-critical engineering projects, data retention is governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed at project initiation.
