01_SERVICE_PROVISION
Engagement with Mishra Dynamics constitutes an agreement to our deterministic delivery framework. All technical specifications and architectural commitments are governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
02_INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY
Unless otherwise specified in the project-specific contract, core primitives and proprietary libraries developed by Mishra Dynamics remain the property of the studio. Client-specific business logic is fully assigned to the client upon project completion and payment.
03_LIABILITY_LIMITS
Engineering services are provided 'as-is' with performance guarantees limited to the agreed-upon technical constraints. Mishra Dynamics is not liable for upstream provider outages or third-party API hallucinations.
04_TERMINATION_PROTOCOL
Engagement may be terminated by either party with 30 days notice. All work completed up to the point of termination will be billed according to the agreed-upon rate card.
